- Coordination of acquisition of transport means, increase of productivity and efficiency through key figures comparison and derivation of necessary measures
- Logistics costs calculation in the offer support for international OEM’s
- Logistic process optimisation by means of Kanban, KVP and Kaizen within the serial production
- Reorganisation of storage, disposition and distribution, transport and traffic system, customs procedures and processing of third countries
